Overview
Grand Pré 4 is one of the penthouse apartments of a stunning residence in the Legettaz area of Val d'Isere with ski-in/ski-out access to the Solaise side of the resort via the red piste M. This beautifully modern penthouse offers all the luxury comfort and facilities you need to fully enjoy your stay and provides a fantastic base from which to explore the Espace Killy ski area, including the resorts of Val d'Isere and Tignes.
Contemporary design mixed with classic alpine style has created a relaxing home from home atmosphere. Set over three floors, the top floor features a double-height living room, dining room and kitchen offering a stunning and light space in which to dine and relax in, while a ladder leads to the mezzanine level which houses a cosy library. The living area offers stunning views and is saturated with natural light from the large windows framing the mountain view beyond. Guests can relax on the luxurious L-shaped sofa, feeling the warmth from the wood burning fireplace whilst watching the wall mounted TV.
The four en suite bedrooms are located across the properties three floors, two on the lower floor, one on the other side of the entrance hall on the middle floor and the sumptuous loft style master suite in the eaves of the building. Each room has been designed with care and offers a sumptuous space to retire to at the end of the day.
Grand Pré 4 has the added benefit of shared access to the complex's spa area including heated swimming pool with endless current and submerged jet spa along with a sauna, perfect to rest ski-weary muscles.
